Commis Chef

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commis Chef.  The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role ideally at four or five star level.  As Commis Chef you will provide high quality service in all areas of food production.  The successful candidate will be hardworking and motivated.  

Breakfast Chef

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to prepare and deliver breakfast service, ensuring that the quality and standards of the Hotel are maintained at the highest level.  The ideal candidate will be capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a team.  Knowledge of HACCP is essential.
