We are currently recruiting for the following positions: 

Assistant Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the Management Team here at The Malton, Killarney. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the quality and standards of the Hotel are maintained at the highest level and customer expectations are met and exceeded. The role will provide an opportunity to develop skills in all departments of the hotel. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player. The applicant will be able to provide excellent customer service to our guests.


Food & Beverage Assistants

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in the Punchbowl Bar.  The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar role, ideally at four or five star level.  We are looking for friendly enthusiastic people who will strive to maintain our four star standard of service.  

Accommodation Assistants

We are currently recruiting both full time and part time Accommodation Assistants.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally at four or five star level.  The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining The Malton’s high standard of cleanliness in our bedrooms and public areas.    

Breakfast Chef

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to prepare and deliver breakfast service, ensuring that the quality and standards of the Hotel are maintained at the highest level.  The ideal candidate will be capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a team.  Knowledge of HACCP is essential.  

Receptionist

As a Front Office Receptionist you will contribute to our Guests first impressions and so you will provide a high standard of service to our Guests and contribute to their overall experience from check-in to check-out.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4/5 star hotel.
