Sales Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager/Director to join our Sales Team.  The ideal candidate should have a very strong understanding of hotel operations, especially large scale events.    

Head Pastry Chef

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all aspects of the pastry section including banqueting, afternoon tea and plating desserts in a 4/5 star establishment.  Creative flair and genuine passion for pastry.  

Accommodation Assistant

We are currently recruiting both full time and part time Accommodation Assistants.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally at four or five star level.  The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining The Malton’s high standard of cleanliness in our bedrooms and public areas.   

Food and Beverage Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in the Punchbowl Bar.  The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar role, ideally at four or five star level.  We are looking for friendly enthusiastic people who will strive to maintain our four star standard of service.  

Front Office Receptionist

As a Front Office Receptionist you will contribute to our Guests first impressions and so you will provide a high standard of service to our Guests and contribute to their overall experience from check-in to check-out.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4/5 star hotel.  

Duty Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Duty Manager to join the management team here at The Malton.  The purpose of this role is to ensure that the quality and standards of the Hotel are maintained at the highest level and customer expectations are met and exceeded.  The role will provide an opportunity to develop skills in all departments of the hotel.  The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player as well as having a strong background in weddings.

Assistant Bar Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience at 4/5 star level.  We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who are passionate about providing excellent service.

Assistant Conference & Banquetting Manager

The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years industry experience and a strong background in a high volume, conference and banqueting operation at 4 or 5 star level.
