The Muckross Suite Foyer
The
foyer was designed as an impressive and spacious receiving room to the
conference centre. Floor-to-ceiling walls of windows curve graciously
up to high vaulted ceilings, flooding the entire area with natural light.
Guests can enjoy views over the hotel gardens and fountains, with glass
doors leading directly onto the lawn. Covering 243 square metres, this
area provides great flexibility, with plenty of room for exhibition,
as well as tea & coffee stations for delegates to mingle during break
time. WIFI access allows delegates to check emails and handle business
at their convenience.

The
bright, airy feeling of the foyer continues into the lobby, where natural
daylight and wood features give the area a bright and fresh atmosphere.
Providing another spacious location for exhibition or registration,
the Muckross Suite Lobby's 255 square metre area also incorporates a
bar. WIFI access means delegates can conveniently check email and handle
business while on break.

The largest meeting room in the conference centre, the Muckross Suite has a floor space of 905 square metres with a purpose built stage area, as well as back-stage areas. The room has great flexibility, including vehicular access points for car launches, and direct access to both the lobby and foyer. Built-in partitions allow the room to be quickly divided into three sections, ideal for breakout facilities. Designed for unhindered views of the stage and throughout the room, the main area of the Muckross Suite (619 square metres) has no pillars, giving unobstructed views of speakers or other attendees. With comfortable fixed seating for 225 people in sloping theatre style, the Mangerton Theatre is a very impressive auditorium offering unobstructed views of the speaker and main screen. This room is equipped with state-of-the-art data projector, screen and sound system. At the rear of the room there is a separate sound room if you would like a technician to work from this area. Wooden shutters provide excellent and tasteful blackout facilities, which can easily be opened to unveil tremendous daylight for a questions and answers session. The Mangerton Theatre provides a very impressive venue for any presentation. WIFI access throughout.
The Press Room
Equipped
with WIFI, ISDN and fax line, the Press Room is a perfect location for
media and communications during your meeting. This room can also be
used as an office or breakout room.
Boardrooms
For
a board meeting or break out sessions during your conference, the hotel
has four dedicated meeting rooms adjacent to the Business Centre in
the main hotel building. Boardrooms are easily linked to the Conference
Centre through a fully enclosed glass hallway. All four boardrooms are
designed for comfort, with air-conditioning and WIFI access.
