We are proud to present a sublime evening of gastronomic pleasure in the Garden Room Restaurant on Saturday 9th February. Head Chef John O’Leary has created an exquisite eight course menu, while Wine Buff Stephen Wallace of newly opened shop “The Wine Buff” has carefully and expertly selected the perfect wines to complement each course.

This is set to be a fun and entertaining evening where we will attempt to de-mystify the world of wines and allow you all to be confident in your own judgement. Wine drinking is not a science…There are no examinations; it is just purely about enjoyment!

His friendly manner and straightforward knowledgeable and entertaining approach to experiencing the joys of wines has captivated a huge audience eager to learn how best to select, serve, store, and enjoy fine wines”
